1. Year-In-Full Model & 10 Installment Payment Plan

Because our start date lands on August 31st, I want to clarify how our studio pricing is structured to ensure complete transparency:

Year-In-Full Model: Our studio tuition is not calculated on a weekly or monthly "pay-per-class" basis. Instead, tuition represents an all-inclusive fee for the entire full-year dance experience—covering total instruction hours, studio overhead, recital preparations, and curriculum from start to finish.
10 Installment Payment Plan: To make tuition manageable for our families, we take the total annual cost of the program and divide it into 10 equal monthly installments (August through May). The August payment is simply Installment 1 of 10 for the year's total experience, rather than a charge for a single month's exact calendar days. Every family receives the exact same guaranteed volume of annual instruction regardless of how the calendar weeks align each month.

2. Mid-Season & Late Registration Policy

Arbor Dance Studio operates on a full-season curriculum divided into Fall and Spring Sessions, culminating in our December Recital and May Recital.

Initial Enrollment Period: August 24 – September 6 (No additional fees applied during this window).
Fall Open Enrollment Window: August 24 – November 1.
Fall Registration Cutoff: Fall enrollment officially closes on November 1 to allow classes to finalize December Recital preparations. Inquiries after November 1 will be invited to join our Spring Semester (launching in January).
Final Season Cutoff: Spring enrollment closes permanently on February 12 to ensure dancers can be integrated into May Recital routines and costume orders can be processed.

3. Shortened Season Packages & Mid-Season Billing

For families joining after our initial enrollment period, you only pay tuition for the remaining active months of the season—you are never charged back-tuition for months missed prior to enrollment.

Because mid-season enrollment requires manual account setup, expedited costume/material processing, and extra instructor planning to help your dancer catch up on missed class material and choreography, Shortened Season Packages include a tiered Admin & Late Integration Fee alongside our standard annual registration fee ($25 student / $35 family max). This ensures fairness to our families who registered on time while providing late-enrolling dancers with the personalized support they need.

Standard Year-in-Full Package (Enrolling August 24 – September 6):

Billed in 10 equal monthly installments (August–May). Standard Registration Fee applies ($25 student / $35 family). $0 Additional Fees.

Fall Shortened Package A (Enrolling September 7 – September 30):

Covers remaining active tuition months (September–May). Billed as standard monthly tuition installments + standard registration fee ($25/$35) + $35 Admin & Integration Fee.

Fall Shortened Package B (Enrolling October 1 – November 1):

Covers remaining active tuition months (October–May). Billed as standard monthly tuition installments + standard registration fee ($25/$35) + $75 Admin & Integration Fee.

Spring Shortened Package (Enrolling November 2 – February 12):

Covers remaining active tuition months in the Spring Semester. Billed as standard monthly tuition installments + standard registration fee ($25/$35) + $85 Admin & Integration Fee.

Note on Billing: Monthly installments represent a flat package rate based on active instructional months and are not prorated for individual missed classes or partial weeks prior to enrollment.

4. How to Get the Best Value at Arbor Dance Studio

Arbor is proud to offer high-quality dance education at some of the most accessible rates in the area. Here is how families can maximize savings while supporting our studio's operational costs:

Take Advantage of the Pay-in-Full Discount: Pay your full-year tuition in full by September 7 to receive a 10% discount off your total season tuition.
Combine Family Hours: Unlike many studios that charge full price per child, we allow multi-dancer families to combine total weekly class hours across all siblings. Pooling your hours moves your account into a higher discounted tier rate (or caps your tuition at our low Unlimited rate).
Enroll During the Initial Enrollment Period: Registering between August 24 and September 6 waives all integration fees completely. You get locked into our lowest payment rate for the entire season with only the standard registration fee applied ($25 individual / $35 family).
